No Answer This number takes forever for somebody to answer. And when they do finally answer they are surly. Try their other number for Riverdale ... this one is not good. The other number for Riverdale answers but then puts you on hold and they never come back.

Nightmare!! Wooden interior, vinyl exterior windows were ordered in March of 2017 in good faith. The final job was unsatisfactory completed in October 2017. What could go wrong, did go wrong. If that wasn't bad enough, all the dishonest employees, from the sales man, all the way up to higher administration. After the wrong windows came in...I was told there was no such thing as wooden interior windows. Lie! The top manager told me there was no such thing as 4'inch walls. Lie! Incompetant employees dispensing incorrect advise I recently went to the Arvada home depot to inquire about a replacement thermostat for my heating/AC system. A home depot employee recommended that I install a Honeywell WiFi unit costing $149.00. The3 agent also said that it would be perfectly compatible with my 15 year old Lennox system.I read the installation instructions carefully and also went to the recommended "wifithermostat" site for a connection tutorial. A LITTLE HEARTBROKEN I always found what i needed. an associate was not always around, and it you ask one of the higher ups that are on the floor they ignore you. That aside, my Husband got a job at this homedepot, worked in several departments and could not stand his job. While wrapped up with life in the last 6 months, it was revealed to me that "joan" if thats her name set up on the work computer a secret email address and facebook account. Bad customer service This particular store NEVER has enough employees for helping customers. Several times I was hoping to get things I need quickly before my job starts; I was waiting for help, lost my time and did not buy anything because I did not get any help from store employees. Then next day I went to Lowe's and get everything I needed. That's how this store loses it's business... I highly recommend to do not use this store in case if you are not sure what exactly product you need.

Worst customer service, ever! I had the worst customer service ever, at this particular Home Depot. I was ignored at the customer service desk by two men who seemed only interested in talking to each other. They didn't acknowedge me at all. After 2 full minutes of being ignored I walked away and found a different employee. I asked them a question and they said, "I don't know. You might ask at customer service." I put down the items I was going to purchase and walked out of the store. I will be shoppping at Lowe's from now on... read more

un happy They wasted my hour because there was a toro lawnmower for two hundred and toro blower was free with it but after a whole hour they decided that was not it and tried to sell me the toro blower and didnt even offer a discout after wasting my time and being dedicated to homedepot with good credit and with two cards very disappointed

homeowner I was transferred several times, put on hold indefinitely and then disconnected!!!! and that was the Customer Service Desk that disconnected me!

PLEASE HOLD This store has very poor customer service. I was on hold for ten minutes and finally got a real person and come to find out i had the wrong department, so they transfered me to the correct department only to be on hold again, so i hung up. Called back to customer service and on hold eight more minutes, they transfered me to the department and i told the employee what i needed and he said you have to hold i am helping someone else.
