I waited ALL DAY today for a delivery from the Home Depot on La Cienega. It was bad enough the window was 6:00 am - 8:00 pm (YIKES!!!), but for it to not show up is totally ridiculous. I called them and waited one hour for them to call me back to see what will happen next. After one hour, I called them back and waited at least 10 minutes for them to answer.
