I would go to Home Depot for all my needs and they have just gone down hill. No one would help me, I can’t find anyone to help me, online ordering is the worst, and now a limit for the veterans discount. If you need anything. Go toLowes
If you plan to buy something online from Home Depot, I suggest you don’t. That is unless you don’t need the item anytime soon. It take them 2 weeks to get an item shipped from another HD that’s only 40 miles away. That is of course, if they don’t screw up your order, which then they tend to play the blame game between the store and on-line folks. Customer service is bad. I ask an associate where can I find cobweb brush. And he replied no such thing. So I walked around the store and I found it. I just don't like associate that is very positive that they know their products but not at all. I will not shop here again. I will go back to lowe's
Very disappointed..So many employees pushing carts ..No one was willing to help.. they walked around with the carts as an excuse Not to help people.. I waited 30 min and had someone Paged to isle# .. No one ever came😡

The company is too big as such right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing. I received a 10% off in-store coupon in the mail with expiration date 12/25/2017. When my family finally went through the busiest time of the year at work and ready to enjoy the holiday break using this coupon for shopping at Home Depot, we realized all Home Depot stores were closing by 5 pm on 12/24 and completely closed for 12/25 nationwide.
