Worse Customer Service I ever experienced. After 3 months of trying to get problem with incorrect installation redone, I was told "Life goes on" by Anita in professional service section. It would go on better if they give my $1,000 back. And then today, minutes after talking to her, I was told the part was delivered to my home when i wasn't there to be installed next day, got home.
