One star is too much. Regarding security, not a safe place to shop. Inside and outside. Bums in the parking lot, trashy, people taking your cart away when your busy unloading and tying the cargo. Second incident in a month. Hold on to your belongings. All you get from management is a stupid, well, I'm sorry...definitely not committed to resolve any problem; their morning smile is only good until their coffee lasts. Regret all my time and money invested. Major disappointment.

I love the garden section. Joaquin was so kind enough to grab me a flower plant that was high and was very kind to help me out if i had any questions.
I went into the Home Depot on Spring Street in Signal Hill looking for some lightiing for my desk in my appartment. I was assisted by an assistant store manager by the name of Vito Russo, who went out of his way to find the exact itmes for me. He spent almost an hour to assist me. I am a wheelchair user and found his service to be outstanding. He was one of the best helpers I have ever found in any store of any type. Never use ARS. The workers do a great job, the office in Tustin anyways will lie and will not return a phone call. Home Depot Atlanta discovered this same issue. It is pure mismanagement. During my Job they had a crew and half drag up and go work somewhere else. Again great workers. The salesman sold products they don't have and yet the crew still did what was right. Until ARS had them stop and left my attic 1/2 insulated. There are a lot of company's out there that will take care of the customer.

Shame on you home depot for letting your flooring contractor walk off our job and argue with us that's it's our fault because he didn't like the flooring we picked and now you won't stand behind your product? Corporate will be notified if we can't work something out with you...sounds like a bait and switch to me to get us to buy a more expensive product from you. Follow up will be posted after our meeting with you
