I'm a small company. This is Built in America LLC. The people at The Home Depot are the very best at what they do. They help me get the supplies or write up quotes for my clients. They try the best to lower the prices, for my clients. They greet me every time I'm in there and am so greatfull that Home Depot took the time to find the help at the pro desk for us contractors. Purchased a new wall oven, and I paid $15.00 to have them haul away the old oven and they would not even take the old oven out of the space. They would haul it away if I removed the oven to front porch! Are you kidding me!! I am going to call Home Depot in the morning and request a refund of my $15.00! I will also have a talk with the manager!
This store had customer service nailed for Black Friday! Got there at 7:00 am. They were serving coffee, hot chocolate, & doughnuts by the front door, every employee had a smile on their face, gave you a greeting, & asked if they could help. We were looking specificity for a Christmas Tree, & although we couldn't find the size in the store, they offered to look for it on line. Thank you for a great customer service experience your store , & employees nailed it!!!
