I had to return some items and at certain times during the day the returns area is quite slow. This can happen at any retail establishment. Unfortunately this was one of those times and eventually I was served and made my returns and got on to purchase what I came in to buy. After making my trip to the return desk my shopping experience was very positive
Well stocked and helpful staff.
The customer service is really bad here. It’s like no one wants to help you and everyone is passive about it. I rather not shop at this location here.
What a horrible experience with this store. You can't get help from 90%of the employees. You typically have to do online orders and it takes forever to get it, and usually stuff is broken when it comes. I've had a tile contractor trying to put stone on my fireplace and this is the third order placed because most of them have come broken. Now going on two months.
