lumber racks poorly stocked. Have talked to 3 associates and spent 60 minutes waiting.
We have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this store over the years, and we take back $77 of PVC pipe ( that they keep in stock) and the tell us we can’t return, EVEN FOR STORE CREDIT, because we’ve returned too many items??? That’s complete crap ! And anything we may have returned, would have been something they stocked anyway! Never again! We will shop somewhere that has better customer service! Unbelievable!

Worst experience ever, after all the inconvenience; not even an apology whatsoever.
No sense of urgency when the store is completely empty and maybe three or four customers in the whole Warehouse. One of the worst Home Depot's on the West Coast. I also had a few experiences where I was being completely ignored and customers behind me or around me or getting asked if they needed help felt very racial.
