I have worked for the Home Depot for almost 2 urs. I love helping people with thier needs. If anyone is having a hard time finding something please come look for me and I will make sure you find what you need or get someone who will. The store needs more lumber carts, 4 out of 5 trips I find myself searching for a cart and typically have to go out in the parking lot somewhere to find one.
Every time we order something from here it never comes in correct or delivered when promised. Not willing to help the customer in anyway. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
Bought carpet for entire house. Sent two non English speaking men to install. They left. New crew never showed. They left the entire house a mess. Bags of scraps and it is impossible to get anyone to respond to my complaints. Wonder why they did not ask me to rate their service? Never had problems like this with Lowes or Discount House.
All of the staff is always so nice and very helpful. Always willing to go that extra mile. Thank you to Joseph, Keith and Ryan for building my stable for my Nativity. You guys rock. Thank you
Took my 7 year old to the kids workshop today to build a wizard if oz birdhouse. The staff was so nice. It was a great experience.
