There is an older woman on the desk by flooring dept and a younger employee who is attending to customer. Figured There are 2 of them so I threw in a question. The answer is let her (the younger employee) finish what she’s doing then that person will attend to us, my question is very simple, where are the baseboards? What is she for sitting in the desk when she cant even point to the right direction or say sorry I dont know. Rude old lady.

I was just reminded why I shop at OSH & Lowe's instead of this dump! Long lines with only one self checkout working. Plenty of workers aimlessly walking around gossiping with one another. If they have time to gossip get them to a check out stand to help customers! This is why you lose business to Amazon and other stores-you could care less about customer service. It seems it's a lost art these days.
Need a better flower selection. More plants then flowers and succulents
Ordered a dishwasher with installation option. They did not check all the specifications at delivery (which is part of the pre-installation checklist and my wife asked them to check the dimensions specifically) and come back a few days later to attempt the install and notify me that the dishwasher is 1/4 inch too tall. They are unwilling to take a return (48 hours passed since delivery) even if I am ok with ordering a new (compatible) dishwasher from them.
