Germantown employee/managers (Chris, David) and customer service issue. We took our matter with Home Depot customer service about Ticket No. 17666902. I called the customer service number and left a voicemail to talk to me and instead of my wife. Instead of calling me, they are still calling my wife and try to harass her. I wish anyone from management reading this would take it up.

Avoid roof repair service. I got the new roof last year. This year I lost 3-4 shingles and I have called them atleast 6 times and they keep changing dates. Sometimes, they will change date and not call you. The service is provided by a 3rd party vendor in Baltimore and they do not respond. I have called the Installation Manager and Sales guy multiple times and they tend to ignore it.

Total trash heap of a store. Compared with the Home Depot in Frederick or Westminster the Germantown store is terrible. The store is always in a state of disarray. Lumber department has some of the poorest grade of timber I've ever seen. Half of which is unlabeled and in the wrong bins. Garden department is a mess as well, with birds are all over the place because someone got the bright idea of storing birdseed outside. With all of the stock rearranging the floor the staff have no idea where anything is. In the 21st. Century it is a bad idea for a brick n' mortar store to screw around with it's clientele when their patrons could easily go to Amazon and get it shipped to their house without the hassle.

Please beware that there is vandalism activity at this store inbroad daylight. My son had his truck vandalized at 5pm on 7/13/16--$2500 damaged--keyed with awful words in large letters. Police came--manager took 30 minutes to even come outside-- cameras right there and she said "get a subpoena" and then walked away. NO apology- nothing! Main HD Facebook site asked for information about this and never replied. Stay away even in daylight----ZERO customer service!,,,
