Ordered 400 sq ft wood flooring on line. 5 days later they cancelled the order with no explanation. I would not recommend order anything on line, but if you have to use Home Depot make sure you see, touch, feel at the store before purchase. I had better shopping experience with LOWES Customer Service was nice, but can't solve any problems

Worked at Home Depot in Shreveport louisiana. After putting in my two weeks notice on on Aug 13th that my last day was going to be Aug 28th. Still have not received my last pay check from the company. They are holding my pay check, I reached out to them and told me that they mailed it to me on the second of September. I did not receive a check in the mail too this day. I called them and they said that they will send a new check and that its going to take five business days to get it to me..... Are you kidding me? I rented a machine from this HD , they closed the rental out early , then charged me about $500 more than the original agreement....... AFTER ADMITTING THAT THEY WERE AT FAULT !!!! So in a nutshell they made several mistakes and charged ME for them .... Everybody especially homeowners should understand that if they’ll do this to me they’ll certainly do it to you ! AND there is a United Rental right down the road from this Home Depot , I’m sure they’d like a chance to do business with anybody thinking about renting equipment ... read more
Home Depot could successfully credit my credit card for an appliance that was never delivered or installed.

We bought a $3200.00 fridge with a 5 year warranty and we are 2.5 weeks without a refrigerator. I call the Home Depot and they are no help. Just pass me from dept to dept. LG is no help.we have spent a lot of money with the HD but I guess they are going to force me to go to Lowes!
After a bad deal at Lowe’s I was treated extremely well at Home Depot by Dennis Sherman from the moment I got there until he loaded my truck !! Awesomeness!!!!
