Get rid of forklifts and gates that block lanes. In December I had a job to do but a forklift had the lane blocked I could not get to what i needed. They did not even acknowledge I was standing there. I went to Lowes and bought the materials $659.10 2 weeks ago again In the way with forklift another trip to Lowes $590 this time and tonight blockbuster of it all 1/30/20 They had the lanes closed by the Small appliances and the next 2 rows all closed and were using the forklift in the lane after that with the gates not blockin... read more

The cashier was wonderful, the staff were very helpful with getting salt for the ice and snow, and I truly appreciated seeing the reserved parking for wounded combat vets.

Very poor customer service. Tons of workers walking around, but no one seems to know anything about the area that they work in.
I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I didn't have to. Purchased flooring for our living room hall, kitchen and laundry. Delivery was ridiculous received broken trim and the wrong quarter round and they wanted me to bring it back to the store to exchange it after i paid for delivery of the correct items i purchased. and the installer showed up and didn't even install the type of flooring we bought, so we rescheduled to this week and now they aren't coming again.
