This is one of the few Home Depots with tool rentals near me. Unfortunately it is always a horrible experience with very slow waits or a bad attitude by the staff. Sometimes both. Will drive further next time to avoid this location.

Ordered windows in May and still missing one window. I have been in this store three times and each time Manager makes a promise, takes my number and never hear anything. I have been charged full amount but no product. They used some third party that delivers and the delivery person left windows leaning on my garage door, damaging the door that needed to be replaced. Filed a claim, but nothing on that either. Very frustrating!

The worst experience ever...HORRIBLE customer service. Bought $400 worth of lumber, and asked twice to have someone help me load it. NO ONE EVER HELPED. I then had a conversation with the lumber manager, shared my horrible experience, and he seem to be completely confused on their process to help customers.

My husband went to this location and was given an issue with getting his military discount. We have never had an issue with home depot before but apparently his Virginia State issued Veteran's card wasn't on the cashier's approved list. So because my husband hasn't gotten his Veterans Affairs ID means he is not a veteran even though our state feels his service was enough. This really gets me upset because my husband was in the Navy for over 12years and was away from his family serving our country but because his ID wasnt up ... read more
