As a recommendation for the rentals and due to the emergency only. It's unfair to do a line to return a rental. is unfair. you should have someone available outside for RETURNS ONLY. There is no reason to enter to the store to return if you have someone outside who can take it for you. That will prevent your store to bring someone sick inside, looing forward.
What a joke! Lines 20 people deep with no one managing space between customers, most standing 1-2 feet apart and refusing to keep distance. Smoking in line is expected
There was a time you can go into Home Depot and you got customer service with a smile. I guess those days are over. Poor customer service. The two men in the lumber department acted like I was inconveniencing them and they were doing me a favor.
I used work there I hate it with a passion. Lowes is better.
Left all my stuff again. Where are all your cashiers. Self checkout only and the line up to lumber. Can I say a waste of a trip
every time we go it's a really big hassell we went there last night with a quote to get some stuff for a man that's going to stucco our house and they said the quote is only good for 34 hrs and didnt even try to look it up very disappointed
