Brand new dryer delivered on thursday..used on friday, horrible noise, lid bent....repair man week later to say needed new element and ordered top...pro ised by Brian, manager if not satified new dryer would be ordered..week later repairman again..installed part, still loud noise, put new lid on and bent top where controls are.....called manager to send new dryer.....now a run around about if LG agrees! professionalism and having all that you need in one location
Every time I go to Lowe’s, I regret it instantly. It takes me forever to find an associate and that associate usually isn’t very knowledgeable. I consistently can easily find a knowledgeable associate at Home Depot. And if they don’t know the answer, they know who to ask. They’re always great about returns and they’re dog friendly so I usually bring my pup who typically gets lots of treats when we walk around the store. Wish I could choose a 0!!! Paid for a bathroom remodel and got a complete disaster instead. DON’T have anything in your home remodeled by Home Depot. My bathroom has electrical issues, visible drywall seems, plumbing issues, glass shower door not straight, etc... Home Depot is not standing behind the faulty work!!!! WHAT A RIP OFF!!!
