Very disappointed in the manager at Home Depot Tustin. This is a copy of what is posted all over their appliance department and he told me I was the only one who read it that installation was free. He ended up giving it to me but did not treat me well.
Tom at the plumbing dept was helpful and knowledgeable, he helped me getting 5 stuffs connecting each other in less than 5 min. Without his help, I would still left with unfnished project. Thanks Tom, Regards, Nicholas
Home Depot's commercials rave about their excellent customer service. Somehow the HD of Tustin didn't get that memo.
