Why are there so many Toro lawn mowers in for repair. Some look new. Mine is there now. All repair orders seem to have the same problem and solution. Is Home Depot selling crap then charging $100 to repair on a $300 mower?
I ordered a refrigerator on 2/17 and it was delivered broken on 3/4 then another was sent on 3/13 broken now they are saying I have to wait till 3/24! I’ve been on hold for 35 mins with no assistance. Unreal how they think it’s ok to leave people with NO refrigerator because they took mine on 3/4 (the first delivery date) So I have been using a cooler since 3/4 but I guess to Home Depot that is acceptable as long as they got their money that’s all that matters. Guess the rest of my kitchen will be ordered from Lowe’s.
My sister just had hip replacement surgery and had to order a new toilet but forgot to let them know that her brother in law would be picking it up do she called to let them know. Their answer to her was "we cannot do that post order and that she would have to come there herself to pick it up" She explained that she had hip surgery and their comment to her was "oh well hope you have a speedy recovery" Way to go home depot team we all will ne shopping at Lowes!
