I was very disappointed with the location in Panama city a few days ago. a few weeks ago I purchase a few items. I live in LA but I purchase and scheduled a pick up in Panama city to ship internationally. Travel all the way from La and Got to the location 12:30pm and left about 6:30pm they couldn't find almost all my items and some of the items didn't reach the store even though the delivery date clearly show it should have been there. They have a terrible extended warranty on washing machines. It took 3 weeks to get my machine repaired!!! The stores GM was no help in expediting the service. So once they sell you the appliance the store is done with you. Shame on Home Depot!!
I needed help getting deck blocks. They were on an unopened pallet on a high shelf. There was only one person working the garden center, and he couldn't leave the register. He did call to have someone to come for customer assistance, but 45 munutes later, no one came. He called a second time, and still, no one came. Hailey is the most rude and disrespectful associate I have ever encountered. Unprofessional. 0’s across the board. Apparently she has issues with veterans.
We were in town from Venice and stopped by to buy a grill. Asked 3 people for help. 1. Lawn and Garden. 2. a man that just there to help from corporate then the 3rd attempt was a girl at the front register who announced on the intercom. The grill we needed was propane which needed a forklife and there was no price tags. We left because we wanted to get back to Venice before dark. just sucks.
I purchased a very expensive double Kitchenaide oven for my new Kitchen. Two months after it was 1 year ol, I used the self cleaning option & nowmy oven is rusted & the Whirlpool Corporation & HomeDepot refuse to replace my defective ovens. There are stories of the oven glass exploding after using the self cleaning option the 2nd & 3rd time. Their reason is no extended warranty was purchased. This weekend my husband and I tried to paint our kitchen and dining room. We had the absolute worst experience with Behr Marquee one coat paint in the satin finish.I have a very small kitchen and work that should have been easily accomplished in a weekend has taken us almost 2 weeks! The paint is absolutely dreadful.
