I would like to say a huge thank you to Assistant manager Chris for the Christmas tree today. What you didn't know was that my boyfriend and I just lost our home/sailboat that we lived on to a winter storm named Avery right before Thanksgiving. We lost pretty much everything we owned and are now basically homeless. A friend of ours has opened his home to us for a bit and this tree will give us a better holiday. My family and I went to Home Depot for the kids workshop which my daughter and I enjoy very much! She is always so excited to see what she will be making :) Also, the sales associates were very helpful when we were looking for particular things in the store.
To the management of the home depot Daytona beach store on int"l speedway Blvd I am very disappointed in the service of the man that came to my home to measure my living room for new carpet he was very rude and he had no right to discriminate against us. I cant say enough GREAT things about the wonderful customer service i get every single time im there...even on the weekends when its the busiest.
I had to ask several times for someone to come cut my board we just stood ther r for half and hour asking ever employee we saw for help no one could help us we even went up to the front to and cashier and told her our situation. So finally about 40 minutes later this gentleman walks up to us and ask what's the problem.
I find the staff are always available, friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. I learn things from them and they help me make informed decisions. Great customer service!
