One day they will price match a competitors price and the next day they could care less if they get your business or not! All depends on the associate that happens to be working. Today they were quick to send me right out the door to Lowe's. Doesn't matter if you have a problem account or how much you spend there annually. Bob at check out couldn't have been more gruff and rude regarding the situation. VERY DISAPPOINTED, I'm off to Lowe's
