Return made easy
I’ve never had a good experience here. I can never get anyone to help me, they just tell me that’s not their department and walk away. There are never any lumber carts available, and they restock broken returned items. Today I tried to buy something that the website said was in stock in aisle h2, I walked the whole store and couldn’t find any aisle labeled h2. After about 20 minutes of walking around looking and trying to get help I just gave up and went to Lowe’s. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to a Home Depot again
Mila & Stacey helped me out today. They were super friendly and helped me out tremendously in locating exactly what I needed and not 1 time made me feel like I was a bother to them. Amazing customer service- whole store seemed friendly. 10 out of 10🌟
We needed some wire shelving, and needed it cut to size. Gail was right there and helped us quickly and cheerfully. She was a delight.
