I am beyond frustrated with Home Depot. I purchased a BRAND NEW LG washer directly from them, and it arrived broken right from the start. Instead of taking responsibility as the seller, Home Depot keeps pushing me to contact LG — but I did not buy from LG, I bought from Home Depot. I was transferred between six different people at Home Depot customer service, spoke to warranty support, protection plan support, store managers—NO ONE wants to help.
