Went in with my 2 sons, asked for assistance hauling out lumber and rolls of wire, got blown off by customer service, and no one ever showed up to give me a hand. Ended up just getting getting it myself myself and hauling it out. You'd think they'd want to help out a mom with 2 kids... did it myself, not even offered help to the parking lot.
Never again will I spend a penny here, letting us wait 9 hours for plywood and everytime someone asked about the truck we got rude responses, and of course come 10pm y'all closed and nobody who spent an entire work shift there got any wood or a ticket to come back and get it the next day. Lowes will get our business.
Was told a shipment of plywood was coming. Nobody could call the driver to find the ETA. Really??? It's 2017. That's a LIE. Sat for 4 hours. It didn't show. Went at 5am to be told no plywood on the truck. Epic fail
Well after being forward three times to a phone that was never answered. I called on the wife's phone and got the answer I could have got if I'd called the North Port store in the first place. It's not like the season is here..
Hard working, great people. We will always shop there
