When I touched the shed, I didn't know that I had painted it, and my hands turned white and I was surprised lol
I like the Vista CA store better on Melrose. And, actually, the American Fork Utah store is the friendliest and most helpful of any of the Home Depot's that I've ever been to.
I love Home Depot and 90% of my house came from there and their great staff. This was my 4th Black Friday for poinsettias. I used to brag about how great the experience was. Not this year. Home Depot: you need to find a place in the parking lot for people to line up to get the poinsettias not in between piles of lumber with dangerous posts and no exit. The whole time I am thinking: OMG I hope nothing goes wrong. We would never get out of here.
I had to give one star in order to leave a review. I waited at home for 14 hours today for a delivery that never came. HD has had my $980 since Thursday. Delivery was promised today. No delivery, no phone call, email or text to let me know. When I check the status online it says "delivery scheduled for on time". I'm so done. LOWES! That's where I'm going from now on.
You have to chase down help & when you find someone, they don't know where what you need is! I asked 4 staff members where I could find child safety devises for cabinets, they all gave me the wrong isle to look, after walking around for 10 min U found them my self , I was struggling to reach them and a customer offered to help me get them not the staff member standing right by me! I will go to Lowes next time I need something!
My husband who does remodels and high end woodworking went into Home Depot to order doors and the salesperson kept trying to up sell him from what he knew he needed. My husband asked about "Surface Prep" that was denoted on the door and the sales person could not answer and just told him to go on line to order. I called the store 2x to speak to the store manager, Anthony Haduk (? spelling) and he never called back. i called today and was on hold for 6 minutes at 1:30 pm and no one ever answered the phone.
