What I needed today took only patience and time. Jeff Garrison in this store showed no signs of being put out. He handled my issues with so much patience and professionalism that I will drive by the Terrell Home Depot to shop there. Their customer service department was the bomb. I am replacing my attic stairs and needed an unusual size. It showed up as 'in inventory', but I couldn't find it on the floor. Sandy was very helpful and found what I needed on one of the high racks. She and Dana fork-lifted it down and helped me load it on the cart. Thanks, Sandy and Dana! Good job!

I had to ask 3 or 4 people until they would help me buy a new garage door opener. The guy that helped was unprofessional. I was promised a call in 2 business days for setting up an install appointment. It's been a week later and I called to ask about a time frame. I got redirected 3 times and then the final line hung up without answering. Called again, redirected again, and hung up on again. I guess I'll buy one from Lowe's and return this one?
