We came into the store tonight to buy a couple of sheets of white bead board and have them cut to size. The nicest young man helped us. He was pleasant, polite, and conscientious, did a great job cutting our boards. Unfortunately I did not get his name but he provided great customer service.
They price matched my 5% off everyday purchase I get with my lowes card on Saturday. Today they said they haven't done it in 2 years. I showed them my receipt from saturday and they still wouldn't match it. Lowes is only a block away and will get all future business.
Well..I went for the third time(first 2 times I needed help but no one was around) to get sand for my chicken pen...again...no one around to help...so I loaded 8 bags of 60# onto a cart when a customer came and helped with the last 2.... Got to the check out and then to my truck with no help from an employee...got 8 bags loaded when another customer helped with the last 2... So the customers at The Home Depot are amazing! Other than having the sand that I needed... We had lunch of hotdogs and water for free...
