The store is fine, but I hope I never have to deliver there again. I spent 32 hrs. there waiting to get unloaded.
why is there one person working returns and nearly a dozen customers inline?
Fun Fun Fun..I even bought my Dog in the basket.. I don't believe to see Dogs on Leashes. walking in the Store.. How stupid of the owner, A dog can lick something off the floor for a split second. Light bulbs are no longer easy to buy, so many choices and differences. What does Home Depot do? Put crap they are having a hard time selling right in front of the bulbs, ONE cart barely makes it down the aisle and no backing up if someone is behind you.....FAIL!
Home Depot delivery appliances. - They use a 3rd party delivery service for there appliances. This sevice is abysmal. Unprofessional and rude. The worst part is home depot will not listen to complaints. Amazing that HD is ok with loosing thousands of dollars in revenue over this 3rd party vendor model.. well in time when there stock isnt doing so well maybe they will listen to there customers..
Very angry! I bought. $700 porch set. Only to have two of the chairs break! With my guests sitting I them, I'm so upset and embarrassed, I bought it about 6 months ago so I no longer have the recipe!
I'm an OTR driver and all I can say about this store.... The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing... in other words ... piss poor communication
I can't even give them 1 star.. this service is ridiculous!. I went thru 6 reps and no one can assist me. Came the nxt day the same thing. I had to call customer service from my Fone while on the isle for assistance and even then I had to wait. Unbelievable!
Faye the cashier is very very rude. She is the typical just collecting a paycheck employee. I will go out of my way in the future to avoid this Home Depot.
