RecommendedThe store is very close to the houses in North Lauderdale and is very convenient. I did have an issue yesterday when I tried to purchase a dishwasher. I called the store 5 times and could not get any help. I had picked out a model that I wanted to buy, but could not get any help, so I had to go elsewhere. They really need to have more people working on the sales floor. Thanks
Had to stand in line at customer service for 30 minutes to exchange a cable wire. No bueno!!
The service yesterday at the North Lauderdale store was aweful. All 4 of the checkout lanes were slow and no management in site. After waiting 20 minutes in line to check out, I left the cart and walked out. Not going to shop Home Depot for awhile.
Poor service at register. One cashier working, 3 other employees talking to each other, over 8 people in line. I left my cart in line and left.
