very very pissed off been shopping there for years spent thousands and thousands of dollars buy a blower made by a rigid I lose the receipt I paid for cash for it they've only exchanged for anything else they won't give me store credit very rude employees never shopping there again I'll take my business to Lowe's screw you guys
You called at 5:30 pm and asked if you could move my scheduled delivery after you did not meet your 11:00 - 3:00 - obviously you did not meet your scheduled delivery! I asked if you cld deliver tomorrow since you basically canceled my delivery after I took the day off work. You said you cannot do tomorrow but cld MAYBE do this week. the employee was condescending, admitted that he barely looked at what I was trying to show him, and recommended a piece of junk that I have been trying to out on for the last 2 hours to no avail
Is this store completely self serve? I went in tonight for some plumbing parts. The man in the plumbing dept was too busy talking with an old friend to ask if I needed help finding anything so I ended up searching the Home Depot site to find the aisle and bay. The checkout was all self serve so I scanned, banged and ran my own card while 2 employees leaned on a coke machine talking to each other. Even my 9 year old daughter asked what people do there... If I ever go back I’ll ask for a apron and time card.
The employees at this store are nothing but rude. After the poor experience and severe lack of customer service mixed with the fact that they lost my $3,000 order, I'm never going back.
When your multiple customers and even your own employees are loudly complaining that they can't think straight because of the very loud constant beeping from your equipment, it's probably time to schedule whatever bit of work you're doing for after hours. I don't know exactly what sort of work you were doing inside the store this morning, but it didn't look like an emergency. Racist associates profiled me, they were circling my cart asking if I paid for different items when I paid for them all spending over $500 on that trip alone. It was my 3rd time there and 3rd time being profiled.
