Don’t come here much but was in yesterday and today and had excellent service with paint. I cannot remember the mans name from yesterday but today a man named keagan helped me and he was extremely kind and even made small talk to pass the time that my paint was mixing. Not many places you can go anymore with such friendly people. I appreciated that.
I normally really like Home Depot. However I have been trying to call the Home Depot Macedonia Ohio for the last 22 minutes with no luck. It is a Friday night, they are open until 10:00 PM, and I have been trying since about 7:20 PM. I have tried the operator multiple times, windows and doors, flooring, garden center, and on and on. Not a single human being picked up the phone. It is very frustrating when you have a question that cannot be answered on the website, and you cannot get a hold of anyone at the store. Very friendly staff. James was so patient in helping me find the part I needed to fix my toilet. And I was able to fix it all by myself! �
WARNING. We purchased a stove. During delivery they damaged our floor and refused to pay for damages.
Staff unwilling or unable to help me with anything if they are anywhere to be found. One register with a person on it, so I waited 15 minutes to check out, only to have someone who couldn't understand simple math take too long to do his job.
This store is almost the size of a mini mall 110 thousand sq feet wow
