The customer service at this location is horrendous. We bought a grill grate and after putting it on the grill and not even cooking with it, we realized it was too small. We went to return it and they claim they are not able to because it has been used. So Home Depot would rather lose customers instead of the $10 for the grate.
I can not express how helpful CJ was this morning. He was able to help us with the purchase of a generator today. The service that he gave today was impeccable. Thank you so much!
You can tell the people that work here do it just because the check and they hate their job and all the customers, been there this morning waiting 2 hours just to pay pro desk is the slowest people
I was looking for velcro and asked 3 different sales people, each directed me to a different, WRONG location. I asked the 4th person who had it right. Too few sales people, who sighed disappointedly that I would dare ask them a question. Alas, all of this for a $3 purchase. I should have gone to Lowe's!!!!!!!!!
Worst ever nobody here seems to like there job. Wont come back again.
