Re appliances, selling things not in stock and not giving a crap when you make them aware of their failure!
Assure the trim material is more consistently dimensioned! I bought oak trim to make crown molding to find that one cannot miter (join) wood from two different pieces. [Hardwood Base Shoe Moulding Model# 595]
i absolutely do not have a clue as to what to do about my door installation. My storm door was not installed the way the old door was therefore; The bottom sweeper has a gap and you see daylight. When it rains water is coming in between the storm door and the entrance door. No other contractor wants to go behind E.W. Nelson and Home Depot. I ordered the doors in June 2019 and I'm still going back and forth with the store. Original sale price $2,200. This was the worst installation ever.
THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Was stuck on the phone dialing customer service for over 20 minutes no one ever answered my call. Redialed the store, dialed a department directly, waited for another 10 minutes only for my call to be answered and then hung up on, never even heard a “thanks for calling home depot” just a straight hang up. Redialed the store to direct department waited another 5-10 minutes, no answer. Final attempt, Redialed the store to operator/customer service. I gave up after 8 minutes of hearing the dial tone... read more

I went to Home Depot yesterday to investigate storage options for my workplace. I decided on some bins that had a sign above them that read $4.97. When I went back today after measuring and determining that I needed 60 of them I found that that price had DOUBLED overnight! I found an employee and explained that I had a taken a photo of the sign and bin yesterday. He told me it was like gas, the price is constantly changing. I told him that it should not have doubled overnight. I was going to have to pay $300 more for plastic... read more
Really a good place to shop, my son enjoyed doing kids workshop. I liked the concept how they execute the program with a certificate , badge , Apron. especially all supplies are free. Great Job Home Depot.
I took a friend to get a lawn mower (Toro). Aldo, the lady at the lawn/garden stuff department was very nice, she didn't provide much info (or didn't know the answers to our questions). I already bought the same exact model last summer & I know it will work perfectly. Maybe some refresh training is due. No biggy!
