I was in today buying paint, and the associate named Michael, was so very helpful. He knew just what I needed and mixed my paint and made sure I had everything I needed. He is an excellent employee. I had gone 2 other places first and couldn't get anyone to wait on me. I walked up to the dept and he helped me right away. Thank you Michael for the excellent service!

I go to Lowes when I know what I want and I just need to get in and out, because I know where everything is and I know no one will bother asking me if I need help. However, I go to Home Depot if you have a question or am not quite sure what I need. As soon as I walk in through the front doors there is someone to point you in the right direction and I've always extremely helpful service.
I stopped going to Lowe's because no one would help you. It's getting to be as bad at Home depot. We are remodeling both bathrooms and give measurements for tile and end up going back to buy more tile. I have to load it myself in the basket and the car. The cashier doesn't even ask if you need help.
