Don't order appliances to be delivered. They won't call and when you call them they will transfer you to a closed department then you call back and they will hang up on you after telling you they don't have access to the new program so call back Monday. Then you call and they transfer you again. Now you wait on hold an hour hour and a half after the end of the delivery window to not know where your stuff is.
Very Good- cashier needed assistance with measuring the trim that was purchased-but, got everything I needed !

Great customer service, awesome associates with an eagerness to help and make suggestions for various projects as well as knowledgeable experts to obtain all the necessary products to complete our tasks! One of their best associates, Daisy who works in the paint department always has a smile, a willingness to thoroughly listen to our needs and the ability to provide the exact paint results we expected every time we are fortunate to have her assist us.
Don't buy an extended warranty on anything. Don't be a sucker like I am right now. Worthless.
So far I have had pretty good service with this location. The wife and I bought a floor model room ac unit the employee even carried to the car for us. The staff seems pretty friendly and knowledgeable. The paint center guys our great....Keep up the great work!!
