Use to take care of veterans, no more I guess. I came into today was told basically you don’t count anymore when it comes to discounts.
This Home Depot did not have the items I needed two trips in a row. The store is understaffed and the help is not trained for their particular department. If I need anymore Behr paint I’ll go to a different Home Depot. I’ll go to Ace for anything else. It is very sad when WalMart has a better selection and better customer service than Home Depot.
Bought a Samsung stove the week before Christmas and it was delivered with a damaged door and dent in the side. Over a month later and Home Depot takes no responsibility and Samsung has done nothing. No compensation and a damaged stove, worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Maybe next month I can find an employee who actually cares about a customer. I cannot express how disappointed I am with both companies involved.
