Ordered a very nice high end Maytag Washer and Dryer set. Got a call the day before the scheduled delivery advising it was now back ordered and we could expect delivery in 2 more weeks ( after being assured twice the items were in stock). Day of delivery they refused to deliver our items upstairs claiming they wouldn’t fit. Delivery person stated we need “x” amount of stairwell - which we had and that they didn’t “lift” items. I paid 35.00 for an estimate to get new carpet. They came out and did the estimate. I asked for it then, and was told I would receive it in a email. I didn't receive it and went to the store picked out carpet and asked for my estimate. they told me that Home Depot owns the estimate! I said I paid for it. I don't get my estimate? I will not shop at Home Depot.
Home depot is terrible for customer service!!!! My 74 year old father loaded 10 16 foot boards, 4 10 foot boards, 20 concrete blocks and 37 decking boards, all the while 4 home depot workers standing within a few feet of him. Not one employee offered to help. He checked out, no one offered to help him load it in his vehicle. Other customers in the parking lot were willing to help. Pretty sad when you can't get any assistance from not 1 employee. Please share this post.

Your customer service sucks. I used to buy a lot with you. However after dealing with your customer service counter, I'm sure thar you no longer care for customers. Nor will I purchase another Hunter ceiling fan.
Cashier was very rude when I declined to sign up for the store credit card. I will stick with Vero Beach or St Lucie stores.
I recommend that the associates listen when a customer wants to arrange payment on a purchase. Yesterday, 3-24-19, I purchased a new frig and a new dishwasher. I wanted to put $1200.00 toward the bill but the associate ran the entire bill on a new Home Depot card and my check wasnt accepted. That $1200 would have brought my bill down to $1665.00 approximatly but when the store could not process the check because actually I didnt have a Home Depot credit card at that time.
