Let me tell you what Lowe's did for me across the street I tried to exchange a surface cleaner that is a home Depot specific item but without the receipt they said there's nothing they could do so I call customer service and they proceed to tell me the same so I decided to cut my losses cancel my home Depot consumer card and go to Lowe's well while looking in the store for something comparable and speaking with a employee in training the manager proceeded to show me what's available and told me to bring in home depots produc... read more
Don't get flooring here. They ordered my mom's tile incorrectly resulting in over 2 weeks in delays. As a result she is unable to move into her house on time and has to pay to store all of her belongings and find somewhere else to stay. They couldn't tell us when it would actually show up, so the contractor (rightfully so) started another job while we wait. The assistant manager has no interest in offering anything to even attempt to make it right claiming "nothing will make the customer happy", so nothing is what he offered... read more
I was planning some bathroom upgrades and went to the store with some simple questions. Finally located an associate who after a while agreed to locate someone who could help me. After hanging around waiting I left the store and walked across the street to Lowe's.I am so concerned about the decreasing customer service trend that I have asked my financial adviser to sell my long held stocks.
I think they need to get some CHRISTMAS TREES, i do not decorate a Holiday tree who came up with that ..I find it very offensive
