If you can't treat customers with care and respect you won't build your business and you have lost mine at this location.
Customer service is practically nonexistent. They refused to cut a piece of plexiglass I purchased; went to Lowe's and they did it no problem. Now I've been hanging at the paint counter totally ignored by 4 employees, only one of whom is actually mixing paint. This store SUCKS!!!
Please explain why you can charge my credit card before I get out the door but you can't post my credit for a return they was THREE DAYS ago!
poor quality plumbing items, they don't stand behind defective products . zero stars
