Home Depot (in Durham NC) apparently makes no attempt to enforce Durham County's mask ordinance. Not a safe place to go for at-risk customers.
Until you enforce the public health recommendations of wearing a mask before entering your stores I will no longer shop with you. Your Durham North Carolina store allows people in without masks. Does not even try to advise them of health concerns or provide them with protection. Disgraceful. We are seeing a rise in cases in my state and it is poor health practices like this that is prolonging this pandemic and poor economic recovery. I will not go into your store anymore. All home improvement jobs are on hold
Appliance installer came to our house and was not wearing a mask.
I Sat In doors and windows for 10 minutes waiting for help. Another associate, ignoring me as he is passing by for the third time; I politely asked for his attention which of course, his expression was “really? I can’t be bothered 😕 “, he pages for customer service to come. 15 minutes later, same associate walking by (I have to flag him down again) says the only guy that can help went to lunch 25 minutes ago (it was 4:30 pm, ? & they are Corona-Closing early)... I walk in the store today not one person asked if they could help me . Not even a Hello how are you today !!! I past about 16 associates! Not good at all.
James one of the knuckle head employees just threatened me with PHYSICAL VIOLENCE after I told him not to speak to my lead tech that way. His manager didn't seem to mind though, he instead called the police on me for following the guy in the store and letting him know. Given I did raise my voice after James started his threats, still no need for this experience when the company I PM for spends well over $100k per year here. 3 employees standing at self checkout this afternoon yet they were all talking to each other and twice I had to prompt them to pay attention to the checkout kiosk requiring their attention
I work at this store and I love the excellent customer service here! We have the absolute best staff here and they do a fantastic job!
