I bought a washer on 8/14. they said it would be delivered the following Monday between noon and 4pm, with a call 40 minutes before delivery. Monday came, got an automated call saying same thing. then no more calls-- nothing. i checked online and it just showed the delivery date 8-22. so walked into this place to speak to someone at customer service. As soon as someone sees me she comes over and the attitude begins! I haven't said a word yet and she is already giving me grief. I explain that I purchased this item and it has a lifetime service agreement. Said we will have to have it replaced through the manufacturer. I needed a key made and stood at the kiosk for 5 minutes waiting for help. The girl at the self checkout saw me but never called for help. I walked to the customer service desk where all 3 girls were playing with their phones, when I asked for help one girl pointed at the kiosk and rudely said it's over there. Way to go Home Depot, your customer service sucks.
I swear to God NOTHING I search for is available in store. Sure, I can order from Home Depot but if I have to order, I'm ordering from Amazon and paying a third of the price. It's literally no wonder brick & mortar stores are going by the wayside more and more. SELL IT IN STORE
the local store in Decatur AL is not social distancing or wearing masks of any sort. inexcusable. Lowe's is the same way.
Stood at the paint counter for 10 minutes with an employee walking in circles looking at us over at self checkout. Never ONCE asked if we wanted her to call someone or offered to.. didn’t have enough staff on hand to help everyone, horrible experience.
not real happy bought a $4000.00 lg refigerator. it is 2 years old and it quit cooling. i have the extended warrenty but they cant send anyone for a week to look at it. All food is thrown out ( just went shopping). Eating out every meal is not really a good option money wise and health wise. Not offered any other options.
is it that the people that work in your design department just don't want to make any money for the company or are they just too lazy to do anything? there is NEVER anyone there to help you and I have left drawing with dimensions and exactly what I want down to the sku numbers and they will not respond. Sad for Home Depot that people won't do there jobs so now I have to go to Lowe's to spend $3-4k. Decatur Home Depot should really evaluate the staff. Maybe start paying strictly commission.
