RecommendedVisited the location on 99th and McDowell on Dec 6, 2019. I spoke with Manager “Joe” after having a text conversation with Home Depot customer service. The agent was unable to tell me when the sale on an item ended, and told me to check back the next day, when I checked back, the sale had ended, and the agent told me I was out of luck and to ask the store manager. What a bunch of jokes at the pro desk. One of them reeks of weed. If your in a bit of a rush I wouldn’t come here. Like watching frozen molasses...
Anything pro service related, save your self the head ache. Go to 75 and McDowell. It also appears there are a lot of current and former employees posting reviews.
Came to bring the kids to the kids workshop after I called and was told it was till 12, upon arriving there’s this rude girl just sitting there with a closed sign in front of her and says oh we’re done and just sat there finally I say when I called they said till 12 she said oh here take these but they can’t paint them here cause we’re done. Please hire more people that are customer service oriented and don’t look like they are bothered when you ask questions
DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT. Here is why..They have a zero return policy on major appliances which they never mention anywhere. Go to Lowe's or Best Buy price is the same and they have 30 days return even on major appliances. I wish someone had told me this before I purchase a washer and dryer which now we can not use. And they will not return it even though my receipt says 15% restocking fee. They argue that it can only be refused on delivery if damaged!!! What kind of BS is that.
