So i placed an order today and Naomi was the lady i dealt with at Customer Service. I have never experienced such a wonderful and pleasant customer service like I received today. @HDCares Today I was in the Passaic, NJ attempting to purchase an item that was on the shelf. When I was told that I couldn't. If it's on the shelf should I not be able to buy it? Is it the consumers fault? This wasn't a recall issue but a corporate attempt at relocating the item. Very upset and offended at how the cashier handled the situation. I attached a picture of the date and time I was in the store.
