The Home Depot Does not honor the warranty on the products it sales. I tried to trade in a Milwaukee tape measure with a lifetime warranty on it and they told me I had to go to the manufacturer. I was also told the same thing about my water heater. From now on I will be shopping at Lowe's.
Created an order online to pick-up at one of their locations. I received a text that stated it was ready for pickup. I arranged for a friend to meet me there with her truck because it was a very large pick-up. We arrived to pick it up and had to wait in Line 15 minutes because there was only 1 person working in customer service. When I finally get to the counter, they tell me that the order hasn't even been pulled yet. I showed her the text and she began making phone calls, without even explaining what she doing.
