Customer service is lacking. Besides the delay in the item that was ordered, the service desk was understaffed and had to wait in the return line versus having easy access to customer pickup. On a positive note, once I got to the counter, the associate helping me was very friendly and completed the transaction very quickly.
Brand new LG refrigerator has a scratch and LG discontinued the touch up paint so they sell refrigerators that you can't fix if it gets a scratch. Spoke to manager Evan and explained I just want the paint department to match the color to my refrigerator so that I can at least cover the scratch with something. He led me to believe he would talk to the paint manager to get a small sample matched to the right color of my refrigerator but he just kept transferring me around to people that wouldn't help me. This place can congratulate their tool rental department for the one star. I’m sure there are others here that do great however this is a classic example of 1 person ruining it for all. This place needs to go through some customer service training and be a little bit more personable. My crankiest family member was nicer to deal with.
This Home Depot treated me so disrespectful. For I asked for a Milwaukee 18 gauge Brad nailer. The worker grabbed the wrong tool, didn’t even let me look at it and had to walk me to the front as if I was going to steal the tool. Fine I get the the front and pay only to realize I had been given the wrong tool. I went back to the store to exchange the Milwaukee gun for the correct one.
