I have tried to call 4 Home Depots in Boise to place a $2,500 flooring order. I realize we're in some crazy times. I need to ensure it's pulled from the same lot so was praying to speak to a live human. Not going to be possible it seems. The phones either ring and say there is an error in connecting, or it answers and then once you select a department you are disconnected. 14 phone attempts so far today.

I ordered something online & tried to return it to the store. The customer service associate, Julie S. (I think) was great. However, one of the management, including, John, was not. He refused to stand behind their sale & tried to say that HomeDepot.com was separate company & there was nothing he could do. I called HomeDepot.com- they said he was 100% wrong & took care of the issue. Thanks to the associate for all of her help- management, you blew it.
Ordered a brand new fridge. I took the day off to have it delivered to my new home. It was delivered on a Thurs. - here it is Tues. and it still does not work. Yes, I have unplugged it several times, checked the water hose, turned it on and off, read the manual many times, did all the trouble shooting - and it just does not work. The gal at customer service was an absolute twat. We stood in line waiting, no big deal it’s normal. She says it’ll be a while asks what we are there for. We explain to exchange strawberry plants I had just got that have blackroot. She says “no receipt no exchange” I try to explain that I used a card that was given to me to use like a visa from Home Depot’s protection plan and it should be able to work with transaction history. Just wanted to give a shout out to Mike in the paint dept at the store on Milwaukee in Boise....We have been working on some projects in our house & I had purchased a quart of the Marquee paint to re-paint our wood mantle & surround on our fireplace. It was too thick of a paint & looked awful so after giving it 2 tries we decided to get a different paint. While I occasionally have trouble finding a register with an actual person to help me out, I have no trouble getting what I need for DIY fixes around the house. Love shopping here.
