Will call order supposed to be ready at 0800. It’s now 10:45, still waiting. I would have been better off pulling the materials off the shelves myself. Poor communication. Not sure if they are over worked or just highly disorganized but this is disappointing to say the least. Save yourself the Headache and don’t come here. Update 10:54 wood is here but opposite end of the building, they are so lost it’s sad. And the choice of wood is not great. Returning half of it!

Highly recommend you don’t leave your lumber cart unattended Had my lumber cart stolen from me today. Picked out some lumber, Went to the restroom came back and it was in the check out line lol that was a first for me 😂
Planned on buying a security door but I had my measurement in ft. Guy ( home depo Murrieta Ca) said he doesn’t know centimeters in a very unaccommodating, unfriendly, unwelcoming manner with zero indication of willingness to help. No other customers other than us at that time but he got no time! To Lowe’s we went and lo and behold, two awesome men all smiles, showing us everything we need. Very very poor customer service home depot!
Love to do the kids craft with my son every month. So glad they offer it.
Yes! I really enjoy the DIH workshops! I just wish they were able to have a sample of the monthly project ready to see what it looks like. Taylor and Julie are great but they need to have more knowledge of the tools and woodworking. They keep saying the manager said that they only can bring out supplies for one project to demonstrate, however I have friends at other local and they are supplied with ALL the materials (wood, paint/stain, power tools to use) to complete the whole project!
