The employees at this Home Depot (Concordville) make it painfully obvious that customers are a huge inconvenience. If a manager reads these, this is about Shane, in lumber on 9/11. I spend 6 figures at Home Depot in Ridley every year. I know that doesn't matter to a multi-billion dollar company, I'm just putting it out there that I'm not in there buying the occasional drill set for a holiday gift. This basically has to do with the hiring of the employees several months ago. They were told it was 120 probation period and that it was temp to permanent job. After several weeks certain person was told that he would be kept on permanently. Well i find out that he works 40hours, then 20 hours the following week??? This is totally ridiculous for a business to be deceiving it's employees. Not to mention he is trying his best to support his family which is 2 young son's, 1 of which has down syndrome. Not helpful. Unable to answer basic questions and refused to pass off to more knowledgeable associates. Hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone who might know the answer.
I ordered eight bags of mulch online to be picked up two days ago and I still haven’t heard anything. And the other smaller bags of mulch. I don’t get why it’s taking so long. And when your car all you get is an automated phone line.
Picking up pre-ordered solar salt.....woman at check out, no mask, sneezes into her elbow, holding pick up paperwork, no we don't want that paperwork back....her reply "well I don't want it". We are done with this store. We'll go to Lowe's from now on, plus Lowe's gives a Veteran discount.
There is a sales associate there named Earl that made inappropriate sexual comments to my daughter last week. She had to process it for a few days then went to the manager to report it. He just told her that she should have come in earlier. ( like there is a time limit on that) . Is this the way Concordville Home Depot treats their customers????
