Clean employees where helpful friendly easy shopping
I have spent my last dollar at this store and possibly Home Depot in general. If it was one isolated incident, I would most likely brush myself off and move on but it seems to be a cultural change within the company as to how they respond to customers. Rude, defensive, and combative without cause. One shouldn't have to escalate to an assistant manager or manager to receive proper service and resolution.
