I work at this store it is amazing
The store was very, very busy on the morning of July 4, but a young man named Gerald went out of his way to help me with my armload of materials. His cheerful help made my day!
Horrible experience trying to get the people that work there to help you find something. Checkout guy was rude and busy messing around with the girl at the register next to him. Exceptionally bad. Stay away, and go to the one on North Ave instead.
Please build a store on the East Side of Chicago, The new Lakeside right next Lake Michigan on 87th is perfect, Or build a store in Robertsdale/Whiting Indiana. Please Build a store over here!!!
Went in to get a refrigerator that was supposed to be 20% off (as mentioned by another HD location). Went to pay for said refrigerator, and the cashier told me that it wasn't on sale. She looked at her sheet of promotions and said she couldn't find the barcode that said 20% clearance appliances. Told her that I was referred by another HD and she said that I'd have to go there to get the discount.
