I do not recommend working here. especially if you're black. they don't train you at all, have meetings and conversations in the background in same room you're doing orientation in, and the managers have horrible attitudes and are passive aggressive. alot of people in that store don't deserve their job ranking and need to be fired and replaced. I worked there for one week and that one week was all I needed for me to quit. No amount of money is worth your physical and mental health.
Spent 25 minutes in the lumber dept.Could not get anyone to cut a 2x4 for me.Called for a manager and none arrived. Decided to to take my business to ACE.
THE HISPANICS AT THIS HOME DEPOT ARE RACIST TOWARDS BLACKS! Politics all throughout they set up many black employees to get fired. They trash Gustavo Cruz and every last Jose in that store Racist asl. They treat their black employees like trash. straight clowns
The only employees we found were rude or incompetent.. I'm sure there are others who aren't but we didn't have the pleasure of finding them. Will go back to Ace Hardware from now on..
The night manager Francisco Rude after I have spoken with the store manager Gus he had approved a return with no receipt Francisco still proceeded to decline the return Stating he had said “No you can’t return “ it’s store policy which is not true !!! He must of had a bad day or some thing cause I’m sure he could do better than that for being “ An Assistant Manager”!!!
Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I spent of $5000 on appliances and had a problem with the refrigerator doors. Now over 5 weeks of broken promises and no one has come out to see the problem.
Just the best place to be! 🤪
