busy but okay service I could find everything easily
So sad a company that lots of people frequent cant get someone to answer the phone and omg don't get me started on deliver if they say 11:30 to 3 then that means 3 - 6 and don't even think your going top get a call as they always lie about because you wont get a call regarding delivery time nor will they call 30 minutes prior as they state ALL LIES! SO YOU BETTER JUST GET READY TO SIT AT THE DOOR AND WAIT AND GRAB YOU A BATHROOM JAR BECAUSE ONE KNOCK AND THEIR GONE AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK FOR DELIVERY.
I’ve currently been on hold longer than I’ve talked to the person who answered. Can someone tell me of the saw works at this location? The saw in South Loop doesn’t and I don’t want to have to drive to EVERY Home Depot for some wood. Update: my friend called Lowe’s from his phone so I’m headed there.
Terrible service long wait and unorganized #Ratchet
I wish there was a button that was less than 1 disorganized Shawty service agents popping sunflower seeds at the register no one responding to requests over the intercom shall I go on after a long day I waited forever to have someone respond I had to walk all the way across the store to get some wine and when they came and gave me different information than I received over the phone.
